As a designer I have done a lot of different things but I have always been focused on effective design. I find that my breadth of experience is useful when working across teams. I understand enough about all the different disciplines to create product that fits into the stream. My time as freelancer has sharpened my adaptability. Currently I am focusing on web design and development with an increasing emphasis on UX and ID. I have experience with many different sizes of company and styles of working. I'm comfortable working on my own but prefer the esprit de corps of the team environment.
